Initial Evaluation
$225 (Cash Pay Rate)
During a physical therapy evaluation, the therapist takes a detailed history of your symptoms, any known mechanism of injury, current physical activity, medical history, and desired functional goals, followed by a hands-on assessment of your range of motion, joint and soft tissue mobility, strength, neurological status, posture, biomechanics and any functional movements such as walking or running. This information is used together to identify and diagnose the underlying root causes of your pain and limitation and create a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-Up Visit
$165 (Cash Pay Rate)
A follow-up visit involves a combination of manual therapy, specific therapeutic exercise and patient education. There is always re-assessment of progress to ensure continued improvement and adjust the treatment plan as needed. We are always adapting, modifying and advancing your program towards your goals.
